RMAI - Sloth
SSR009 has been claimed by the brutal deathgrind band, Rogers Met an Iranian. When we started this label, Rogers was one of the first bands that we reached out to and we can’t thank them enough for their patience with us. Just in case you aren’t familiar with the bands material, you can expect to find brutal death vocals (think the partisan turbine) layered over machine gun blast beasts which are usually followed up with a monster of a slam that will surely takeout anything that’s left of you. The most insane part of all this is that they used to play live to the pre recorded drum machine. We never got the opportunity to see them back in the day, but we can only imagine how wild that was.
The band got their start in 2005 and were first noted in the MySpace death and grind scenes. During their 2 year lifespan, the band released a demo in 2006 and the crushingly heavy EP “Sloth”. Listen now on our bandcamp.
