WHEN WILL MY PREORDER ITEM SHIP? --

Our apparel and vinyl are typically preorder items, which means there will be an estimated time before your order gets shipped. Typically, apparel comes in around XX months, while vinyl takes XX months. We'll try our best to receive our product in a timely manner, but please expect further delays as the pressing plant and supplier may get backed up during specific periods, such as holidays or during peak season. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY --

We do not accept returns on any item on our website. We can exchange your apparel for a different size so long as we have that size available. We usually only print what is ordered, but sometimes we will order a small handful of extra sizes. Contact us and we'll check our inventory. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS --

Cancellations are available if the order has not been shipped. However, there is a small restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund total. This is a transaction fee that we are charged per order through the system. For merch orders; once the preorder closes and the numbers have been sent off to the printers we can allow an order cancellation, but please be mindful as we only print what is ordered. The restock fee will apply to these orders as well. 

WHAT ARE THE SHIRTS & HOODIES PRINTED ON? --

T-shirts are always printed on Comfort Colors. Hoodies are printed on Cotton Heritage Premium. Please refer to our size chart(link) for measurements and material info. Shirts are printed by hand using a screen printing method, so please allow some slight variations. 

WILL THERE BE ANY RESTOCKS? --

Vinyl is usually a one time pressing and I only print what is ordered for merch. Sometimes I will order extra, but it's only ever a small handful. So don't miss out on purchasing items as they will be gone forever after preorders close.
