PLEASE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS --

If you realize you checked out with an incorrect address, please send us an email as soon as possible. Before your order is shipped, please make sure to go through your confirmation email and double check that your shipping address is correct. Once your order is sent off, it is out of our hands and there's nothing we can do to retrieve that package. Buyer is responsible for paying an additional shipping fee if items are returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete shipping address. So please check your shipping addresses!

POLICY ON LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES  -- 

We are so sorry if you have to experience a lost or stolen package. Once an order is packaged and shipped it falls into the responsibility of the postal service to deliver your package safely to your home. Due to so many variables being out of our control, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages through the shipping process, and those orders cannot be replaced or refunded. You are welcome to contact us to purchase shipping insurance on your package. If you experience a delivery issue or delay, please contact your local post office for help and information. 

MY ORDER WAS RETURNED TO SENDER -- 

If your package was marked as 'Undeliverable' or 'Insufficient Address', it will likely be returned to us. We'd be happy to have it re-shipped but there will be a new shipping fee to do so. We will email you once your item has returned to us and if you'd like it reshipped to the same or a new address, we will send you an invoice for the shipping fee.
